This looks like a rock, to me. 
Not seeing anything fossil-ish about it.  :unsure:

From what I can see, it appears to be a chip of stone, not of organic origin.

It seems distinctly two-faced...maybe a weathered quartz vein 'sandwich'?

Approximately a half dollar with a paper weight. Just kidding. It seems to have the appearance of being the same color and texture of many of the fossil blobs I find, but indiscernible to me.
