One correction:

I had this clam as Palaeoneilo sp.  I don't think it is.  I've been taking measurements of all the clams and comparing ratios of length / width, percent of length posterior to the umbo, etc., to the original descriptions from the mid to late 1800s, and this one is not consistent with Palaeoneilo. Still working on an ID.

I also found some better preserved Bellerophon.  (EDIT: Bellerophon galericulatus is now Euphemites galericulatus) These things are tiny (scale in mm).

Actually, thats not a Bellerophon; its a Euphemites

Thank you!  Bellerophon is the old name.  I have been trying to locate updated names, but there is relatively little info on the Marshall Fm. taxa.  Here's confirmation of your correction. Thanks again!
