I have found several of these in North Myrtle Beach, but I don't know the right terminology to google an id.  Please help!  Thanks!

It is a cast of the inside of an ammonite chamber, most likely from the Peedee Formation.

Yup. 

You can see the suture marks and where septa / the chamber walls would have been. (vaguely).

Thanks for the quick replies.  Do you have a picture of one?  When I googled ammonite chamber there wasn't anything similar there.  Here's a picture of the others.  Notice how straight they are.

these are individual pieces or clumps of pieces of an ammonite. google Sphenodiscus. Complete ones have been rarely found at Myrtle Beach.
