Nobodys55 Posted June 28, 2018 Author Share Posted June 28, 2018 Sorry it's taken me so long to reply. Ty for compliments and as far as where the wood comes from it's mostly from the Mt. Adams area which is really neither eastern or western state. The first and fourth pics are pieces out of the Carbon River which is off the west side of Mt. Rainier. I've got one piece that's a duzy weighing in at about 150-75 lbs. that's from Vantage area & yes it's Ginko. ( Vantage is home to the Petrified Ginko Forest). My usual wood finds are tiny, in the range of 4-5 inches..
