Nice plate!

I was just wondering if the brachiopod (I think it's an imprint, but I'm not sure) in the upper right-hand corner of your rock is a different species?  It looks different from the rest... (it kind of reminds me of Zygospira sp. that I've found evidence of in my area, but my area is Upper Ordovician, and I don't think that this genus is represented in Devonian rocks).  Perhaps @Peat Burns or @Tidgy's Dad might know?

Yes, you are correct, Zygospira is primarily an Ordovician genus with one or two finds in the Lower Silurian, but not the Devonian.

I think the one you are referring to is some sort of rhynchonellid, but it would be very difficult to identify any further.

Great hash plate from the creek! :D

Quick question: Is this creek right next to where you live...?

Every single fossil you see is a miracle set in stone, and should be treated as such.
