For me this thread is about a few things but one is to understand the publics fascination with dinosaur

I think it is the only way we get to feel truly like kids again :)

That is really true and goes to show what an affect the dinosaur has on a child’s imagination to be still with us as adults. Well said Walt.:D

I picked this guy up at a Goodwill store for 99 cents.

Nice find, Ralph! Did you have to prep that out of the matrix, or was it already exposed?:)

You prep the ceratopsian lovingly. I was hoping to see some fossil here to. Do you have any ceratopsian fossils you could show us? Nice dinosaur  :dinothumb:

This is Frosty. I rescued him from certain death on a riverbank one frigid night while on duty. I take him with me on my travels. This picture is one taken in Limerick Ireland.

He now has his own Facebook page at #funwithfrosty

That is fantastic another rescue and successful re-homing. I am not on Facebook but I would love to see some of Frosty’s travels. Thank for adding to my thread.

Ha! You have displayed trenchant insight in divining my clever scheme! As soon as my plastic pet has produced a sufficient supply of plastic coprolites; I will auction them on line. It's a sure fire money maker!

Does anyone else ever get mad that there was none of this cool stuff when we were kids. (And the first 20 something that says we should be content to have had the real thing is gonna get it!) :)

Brown's shoe store. You could put your feet in the x-ray machine and see your bones while getting an unknown dose of radiation. Fun times.
