Yeah my boys have all gone through the Lego phase but my 14yr old is the Lego King. He seems to like them the most.

The cast parts came pre -colored and they may have done a little dry brushing, but the consistency between parts was not good in terms of color.

 

The base will be covered in ready mix grout matching the color of Hell Creek matrix. 

 

I will put metal supports to properly space and support the ribs, not unlike what museums do with real specimens
