Hey guys, this Keich look real?

details below

found in triassic deposits in Guizhou Province, China. The specimen measures 4.4" long on a plate 5.8" x 4.6" and is complete with no repair, restoration, or paint. It was prepared in the US using air abrasives and acid.

The pictures are not enormously helpful, but it seems a good one and real to me.

In my opinion, there is no country in the world that is free of fraud or makeups. Or that one country is trustworthy and another is not. Until there are better, preferably well-lit and close-up photos, there is no way to give a definitive opinion here.

 

And if I provided an opinion on the originality here based only on these poor quality photos, unfortunately I would be judging the country and not the fossil.

Not worth the risk without good photos imo. It does look like it might be real, but these photos are just not good enough. Even with proper closeups it's hard to tell from just photos.

It does make think every time we see a Keichousaurus they are very badly photographed . As TFF has said to it best ability it looks ok.
