Help identifying scientific name for this specimen please

If I can get a scientific name for this specimen it would be greatly appreciated.

Let us have some more info. Where is it from and how big is it?

My goal is to leave no stone or fossil unturned.

I found this over 40 years ago and unfortunately I don't remember the exact location it was found, but I believe it was on a trip to southwestern USA.

Size is Approximately 2 7/8 in all directions.

Locality,stratigraphy,like DPS said,otherwise it's nearly impossible.

could be Cimomia,Eutrephoceras,and a whole lot more,I'm afraid

Thanks for your help. General name, can I call it a nautilis. Still a nice piece for my collection.

Looks exactly like mine specimen I got in trade. Eutrephoceras dekayi var. montanensis,  Late Cretaceous,  Bearpaw Formation,  Glendive, Montana.
