Not bought but considering - Atlasasaurus

So this is what i have been offered the first I believe to be a caudal vert and the second is what i need help with the most.

What is the locality town, province and formation ?

Well the province is the atlas mountains and considering these men are digging when the lats atlasaurus was found I have to assume Tiougguit Formation

 Moroccan Sauropod material is not very well understood and multiple species probably exist in from the middle Jurassic like in most other regions of the world.  Atlasasaurus happens to be one that is described but that does mean everything offered belongs to that sauropod.   Tazoudasaurus was described from older deposits. 

 

Atlasasaurus was described from Bathonian deposits in thd Province of Azilal in the High Atlas Mt.

Tazoudasaurus was described from early Jurassic deposits in the Province of Ouarzazate also in the High Atlas Mountains

Looks potentially really interesting. There's definitely some weird shaped vertebra there. Though it seems to be in rough shape it might benefit from some good prepping.
