Perhaps a dendritic intrusion, but with a different mineral than manganese.

I take it that's a flying insect in there. We might need clearer pics under better light.

I think so, but I can't really rule out small flower.

I'll try, but I think it may be squashed in a manner that makes it difficult to recognize.

Hard to tell, I have some very faintly preserved moths that looked like similar splotches.
