Thank you.  I purchased the bag at a Home Supply store available here in the States at places like Home Depot or Lowes.  Its very convenient to have all your small tools with you.

Thank you for the info.

Is it possible to order from Europe, maybe online ?

Do you have a link to the product ?

Thank you and with best regards,

Pemphix

are they juvenile chevrons or from the end of the tail?

Good point the one on the right is a juvie very thin shaft but the one on the left might be a distal from a much older animal its shaft is beefy. Thanks

No idea I did not purchase this online and bought it a few years ago at Sears its a Craftman Tool Bag.

Here is their link but I do not see the same bag you are asking about.

.

They make all different types of tool bags here is a link from Home Depot

Hey Frank,

Nice finds! Love the pathologic tooth.

Wondering how common pathologic dino teeth are?

Left this photo out.  Tons of tourist spots in the Black Hills of SD to spend your money.  Have not checked this place out yet but it's on the way to Hill City where the BHI is located.

I don't even know what to say.  Your finds are absolutely amazing - congratulations on a great haul o' bones and teeth!!!  The colours of the fossils are beautiful

I, too, am looking forward to your fall trip...

Thanks for sharing!

Checked out their website, does not look like it stacks up to the BHI, although they could use this space.  That T-Rex is wretched against Stan at the BHI

Lots of pix of fleshed out dinos in someone's tripadvisor report.  Not many real fossils.

Amazing finds! Thanks for posting this fantastic report - looks like you had a great time :) Mind sharing with us some location details (i.e. GPS coordinates) of some of your sites? ;)

Thanks I did have a great time.  Sorry but the sites are on private ranches and will remain that way private.

I see, you are from France, but generally, I think it should be possible to find your own Dino-site in this area.

Btw, I would be very interessted in two other details:

- Did you find the site your self? If yes, how much time did you spend to find it (desk work, contacting land owners, prospecting)?

- Do you need a permit to collect vertebrate fossils? How did you get it?

Thanks a lot!

No I did not find the site.   I became friends with a couple of collectors +20 years ago, who had access to the site and they at one point invited me to collect with them.  Very lucky but like lots of things associated with fossils its all about relationships.  Its on private land no permits are needed. No idea who initially found the site its was a long time ago..
