Keichousaurus...need confirmation.

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am mostly confident this is real, but before i spend a decent amount of money on a fossil, i want to check for confirmation that this is indeed real. The sellers haven't described any repair/restoration or any paint, and i think there is calcite veins. The fossil is 12cm long. Thanks.

It looks genuine to me.  Typical acid washed and mechanically prepped specimen.  The skull is rather ground off (compare this with the attached photo of another specimen).  It is a juvenile.
