In looking through Thomas's Triassic Fishes of Madagascar guide,  I think  Parasemionotus labordei  may be a close match.

Hopefully, Thomas will be along to give his assesment.

I certainly dont know what this fish is but im sure Tim is right on.  I love these fish from Madagascar and have a few of them myself.
