Pseudogygites
This may or may not actually be a fossil. It is a cylindrical, shimmering white streak on the Shale. It is only about an inch long. This may just be another mineral inclusion, or some discoloured sediment. Any help with identifying this would be appreciated!
Scylla
Bioturbation maybe? Fish coprolite? Algae? Can you see any fine structure under magnification? Also age of the formation would help. Edit: I saw Ordovician in the key words now

Pseudogygites
The only fine structures I see under magnification are small white flecks towards each end. These could be the pores of a sponge. Some of the larger ones are visible in the pictures. Does this mean anything? Thanks for the reply!
