fossilized6s
Been trying to prep what i believe is a Carboniferous shark skeleton and it is just......well.....hair pulling. My severe colorblindness really does not help and my tools are very limited. This is truly a prepping nightmare on such a rare piece. Thinking of just sending this to someone who knows what the heck they are doing. So, anyone deal with cartilage before? ~Charlie~ "There are those that look at things the way they are, and ask why.....i dream of things that never were, and ask why not?" ~RFK ->Get your Mosasaur print ->How to spot a fake Trilobite ->How to identify a CONCRETION from a DINOSAUR EGG

Ptychodus04
Thanks for the tag @ynot. @fossilized6s I’ve never done cartilage specifically but I’m up for the task. I’ve prepared some pretty difficult specimens, many of which have been put in me by our fellow TFF members. Send me a PM if your interested.
