Malcolmt
Here is my haul spread out on the pool table when I got hom before any attemp at cleaning, cutting , prepping. Pool tables make a great layout area for fossils.... Everything here is mostly 100% complete to the naked eye. I hate to tell you what Jim and I left in the field for people for the next few days.... So what did I get 8 Prone E.rana 45 2/3 to completely enrolled E rana 3 multi E. rana plates 2 pleurodyctum americanum (one of my favorites to prep... they come out beautiful from Penn) 2 partial 60 to 80% complete greenops 12 really nice larger E. rana cephalons to use as parts in restorations (not shown) 4 nice greenops pygidiums for parts (not shown) My friend Jim took home 18 complete E. rana mostly prone and partially prone, He is not a great fan of the complete rollers unless they are huge. Sounds like you made out very well, and the site looks a lot different judging by these pics. I recognize the spot in the picture, but barely after a few months. Paciphacops
I see them as well. Would love to make it up there sometime, it's just that the 11 hour drive is a bit of a deterrent. "Don't force it, just use a bigger hammer"

DevonianDigger
@Malcolmt, you're lucky I spent all those days clearing out all those tons of blank rock for you. You might have had a different day otherwise, lol. Great haul. Slightly jealous that I missed out, I guess that's what I get for taking a day off :/ Jay A. Pagurus
Leila and I had been planning a trip there next weekend but we've been waffling back and forth about going. We decided yesterday that it's a bit too far and we don't really trust our car anymore, but now I'm waffling again. We'll probably only get as far as central new york, though it's still tempting ... Start the day with a smile and get it over with.
