MarcNL
Hi Guys, I'm wondering if these 2 Grallator variabilis (footprints) look real. They are from Aveyron, France and supposed to date from the Lower Jurassic, Hettangian. Measurements: plate 1: 29 x 27 cm, plate 2: 28 x 24 cm. The inprint has a size of approx. 13 cm. Weight: 4.9 kg

Troodon
The tracks look real. A number of papers have been written about the Jurassic tracks in the Causses Basin of Southern France. Included are grallator tracks of Aveyron. I cannot tell you if these track actually came from that locality but can say the matrix is consistent with what is those papers. New Hettangian tracks from the Causses Basin (Lozère, southern France) complement the poor fossil record of earliest Jurassic crocodylomorphs in Europe Jean-David Moreau,Emmanuel Fara,Didier Néraudeau &Georges Gand Received 04 Jul 2017, Accepted 19 Aug 2017, Published online: 31 Aug 2017 Download ci https://doi.org/10.1080/08912963.2017.1370587 Two new dinosaur tracksites from the Hettangian Dolomitic Formation of Lozère, Languedoc-Roussillon, France Article (PDF Available) in Annales de Paléontologie100(4) · October 2014 with 567 Reads DOI: 10.1016/j.annpal.2014.04.001 https://www.researchgate.net/publication/262922300_Two_new_dinosaur_tracksites_from_the_Hettangian_Dolomitic_Formation_of_Lozere_Languedoc-Roussillon_France

MarcNL
Today I received both prints. I want to share some more pictures for you to judge. There is one positive and one negative one. On the negative one I have some doubts but I love to hear your thoughts.
