Is this a concretion?

I would like to know if this is a concretion or some type of fossil? It is from a creek in middle Tennessee. Thanks!

There are some suggestive features but not the details that might back them up.

Im not seeing fossil or concretion, but concretions do come in many shapes, sizes, textures, colors and maybe even a couple more  terms?   I myself am use to the round ones from the west coast that many times do have fossils inside them.  and yeah, what Innocentx said.  Lot of photos are good   Helps in determining what is what?
