DSMJake
Saw this identified as a carnosaur tooth collected in Montana. Any chance of a more specific ID with that info?
zekky
Without where specifically the tooth was found (which formation) I cannot offer anything other than theropod.
Troodon
Agreed it's a Theropod tooth which is a carnosaur. Montana has a wide diversity of dinosaurs depending on age and locality and there are several species it could be. So we do need more info if you want more of an ID. Knowing the county where it was found would help.
