This is part of a private collection that I have salvaged from an estate sale in Washington.  Wondering what I have here.  Thanks!

It’s a bone, probably fossil. Not much more can be deduced without a location or age.

Without diagnostic details of the ends of the bones, I'm not sure more can be said other than a long bone.  :unsure:

Like everyone else is suggesting, you should always ask for where the specimen was found, if possible, you should ask questions like who found it, when it was found, but the locality is the most important factor, specimens even more complete than this are likely unidentifiable unless a trained field expert recognizes it quickly, or the fossil is fairly common globally.
