Any information about this fossil or what kind it is would be greatly appreciated.

It is the print of a brachiopod.

A spiriferid one to be more precise.

This is a Spiriferid brachiopod as stated by Roger. 

Possibly Mucrospirifer mucronatus

Probably from the Mahantango Formation, which is part of the Hamilton Group,  giving it a Middle Devonian age.
