Love that dromaeosaur foot. Dromaeosaurids are one of my favorite dinosaur families! :ighappy:

Loving this thread, those are some amazing fossils you've collected :D

Just to know, where did you collect those fossils? How difficult is it to access the site?

-Christian

Opalised fossils are the best: a wonderful mix between paleontology and mineralogy!

Q. Where do dinosaurs study?

A. At Khaan Academy!...

I believe it's Hastings. I've never been there, but I gather that access isn't so much of a problem as actually finding the stuff, which requires some dedication.

Hi Christian sorry for the delay in answering.  I search Hastings and Bexhill on the long tides of the beach. There is easy access for Bexhill, but beware the falling cliffs of heavy sandstones at the Hastings section. This is most easily accessible at the pett level eastern end.

Here's a view i took a couple of weeks ago of the Bexhill beach.

A couple of nice footprints i came across that same morning, the larger one Iguanodontid.Size 11 boot for comparison.  Orientation/direction are arrowed.
