Boesse Posted August 10, 2018 Share Posted August 10, 2018 It's not only the atlas, but the axis is fused to it as well - this is probably from a large delphinid dolphin, one of several (and the smallest if memory serves - phocoenids might as well but I can't recall at present) group of cetaceans to fuse the axis, atlas, and other cervicals together. 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
