Need more help with ID

Just as everything else I find, I found this bone walking the beach near South Ponte Vedra. It looks like a meniscus, or something like that.

This looks like a broken atlas vertebra.

It's not only the atlas, but the axis is fused to it as well - this is probably from a large delphinid dolphin, one of several (and the smallest if memory serves - phocoenids might as well but I can't recall at present) group of cetaceans to fuse the axis, atlas, and other cervicals together.
