Fossil or Rock?

I found this in my back yard after digging up dirt during a renovation.  It looked curious to me and need some observations from people with experience. I an not able to download any more pictures.

Looks like someone lost their baby shoes...

I think these are mineral rather than fossil.

Maybe calcite. (see if a small piece will fizz in vinegar)

Could have been a fossil, or many fossils to begin with, but there was so much recrystallization that too much information was lost for it to be identifiable.

It looks like a partial fossil burrow, to me, maybe a calianassid burrow.
