My freind presented this skull fossil for me some days ago. I was sure it from Carnivora animals so i searched about them, but many of carnivora skulls looks simmular....after searching, i guess it can be mustelidae, meles or wolfs but couldn't sure what is species exactely is. I want to know whose skull is it!

+This skull is from Java island, indonesia.

I could be wrong since I'm not an expert, but from the experience I do have, I would confidently say it's some sort of otter, needs someone more experienced to be identified any further, welcome to TFF:ammonite01:

North American River Otter.

EDIT: Perhaps yours is from the Asian Small Clawed Otter?

I think Fossildude19 hit the nail right on the head with this one.  There are a couple of extant species of otter found on Java with some fossil otters thrown in for good measure.

I was thinking a civet or binturong but don't know what their skull looks like. I have a headdress with a skull on it from Indonesia. I don't think it's as broad as this one.

It looks otter to me or some other aquatic mammal. I don't have my skulls or references with me right now.
