Florida bone

Found this in Manatee county. Not sure what it is from or is. It is broken on one end and the other appears to be some sort of growth plate.

Can you take a clearer picture of the broken end? That could rule out or confirm cetacean, and could point towards something else. Any other fossils associated to help with age?

The area is a jumble of fossils it is a construction site. I have found whale vert, glyptodon scute, horse teeth, mastodon tooth pieces and enamel, and shark teeth all in the area of finding this.

I am doubtful of it being dugong due to its size and it is not solid throughout
