cavemanfl
Found this in Manatee county. Not sure what it is from or is. It is broken on one end and the other appears to be some sort of growth plate.

Miocene_Mason
Can you take a clearer picture of the broken end? That could rule out or confirm cetacean, and could point towards something else. Any other fossils associated to help with age? “...whilst this planet has gone cycling on according to the fixed law of gravity, from so simple a beginning endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful have been and are being evolved.” ~ Charles Darwin Happy hunting, Mason
cavemanfl
The area is a jumble of fossils it is a construction site. I have found whale vert, glyptodon scute, horse teeth, mastodon tooth pieces and enamel, and shark teeth all in the area of finding this.
ynot
Dugong rib would be My guess. Darwin said: " Man sprang from monkeys." Will Rogers said: " Some of them didn't spring far enough."
