Fighting heat, mosquitos, & thunderstorms to find fossils!

@Cris and myself went out to the creek a few days in hopes of finding some fossils! It was HOT, there were bugs everywhere, and thunderstorms all around, but we still had a fun day. The fossil finds were not as plentiful as hoped for, but not every day can be insane! We still had an amazing time and ended up coming home with some cool fossils.

Photo of the finds is below if you can't watch the video!

Glad you had fun, that's the main thing.

A day of fossil hunting out in nature is always fun! We just get spoiled sometimes haha! I am very happy with the finds.

Neat finds! Would love to see the crocodile stuff ya found ;)

Opalised fossils are the best: a wonderful mix between paleontology and mineralogy!

Q. Where do dinosaurs study?

A. At Khaan Academy!...

Beautiful finds! Plump croc and nice megs. Lot a ribs too, did you bring all of those home?

Ha, I understand! People leave most bone up here as well. I don’t though, at the cost of a lot of space.
