North Carolina Shark Teeth

I found these two teeth on Kure Beach in North Carolina when I was a kid. I have tried looking at guides online but I haven’t been able to find any that point out distinguishing characteristics of each species, they only show photos. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The bigger one is a requiem shark, genus Carcharhinus. Could be a bull shark (Carcharhinus leucas)

The smaller one could be a grey reef shark tooth.

If you're a fossil nut from Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Redondo Beach, or Torrance, feel free to shoot me a PM!

I was wondering if the bigger tooth was some sort of requiem shark but wasn’t sure. Definitely had no idea on the smaller tooth, now that I looked up grey reef shark teeth I think that looks spot-on. Thanks so much for the help!

Smaller one is a silky shark, note the notches on each side where the main cusp meets the shoulder serrations.

I agree with @Paleoc that the tooth on the left is silky shark. Carcharhinus falciformis. The other tooth, I do not believe it is a Bull Shark as suggested. The serrations start out course at the base then become fine towards the tip. I believe it may be a Galapagos shark, Carcharhinus galllpagensis.

But I do want to add that the second tooth could be one of several Carcharhinus species as the teeth can be highly variable, even within the same jaw.
