This is a limb bone of ichthyosaurus from Xingyi, Guizhou.  Any idea if it is a hind or front limb?  And is it possible to tell the species?

Looks like a front paddle with the extra bone.

Early example as only a few phalanges present.

I was looking at some skeletons from Guizhou and the paddle bones varied greatly depending on species.  Some like yours had long ulna/radius, tibia/fib bones and others were oval.  The difference between the fore and hind paddles were not great.   I would have trouble distinguishing between the two since the preservation of yours is not ideal.

I cant help in determining species, but that is a really cool piece!  Would love to prep something like that.  Good luck
