Suspected modern bone

While i was on the beach today near whitby i found this bone. I didnt bother taking it because i’m sure its modern, but i’m still curious.

 

Is it a chicken leg bone from someones bbq?

Part of a pelvic bone or maybe scapula. Don't know what animal, though.

That would have been one really big chicken!

You never know, i’ve seen people having BBQs down there. Do you think its a modern bone?

Modern its a chickenosaurus direct descendent from Rex

Probably modern, but you have to do some sort of test such as the burn test to truly find out, as for the species I think it's quite obvious this is a Chunkosaurus sp.

A dead seal recently had washed up here. It rotted on the beach, could it be that?

Seems to me like a very plausible possibility.
