Patrik.S.Olsson Posted August 20, 2018 Author Share Posted August 20, 2018 Thanks for your replies :), the fossils found in this quarry is from the silurian period, havent seen one of these before though, but it sure looks like a worm burrow when I google it. Commonly these are called "worm burrows" but you should be aware that there were/are a variety of animals that can make such burrows. "Worm" is shorthand for "unknown critter". We found some orthoceras as well today , and My girlfriend found a trilobite, I have some work ahead when it comes to removing some of the matrix from it x) ( off topic I know, but I think its fun to share photos of findings) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
