That ridge would be the transverse crest of the lateral tooth of the Heterodontus known from STH, H. cf. francisci, and that apparent pebbled-like texture to the right looks like what you'd get in a lateral tooth as well. While it might pass as a piece of a dermal denticle, if we're looking for other candidates, I think it's a partial Heterodontus lateral tooth.
