Question for North Carolinians

Hello all you folks from NC.  My mom-in-law gave me a pile of fossils from Ocean Isle Beach that she has collected over the years.  Do any of y'all know the age of the stuff that washes up on this beach?

Thanks

jp

My best guess is Eocene or Miocene. But I’m not from the area. Inland just 5 kilometers is Cretaceous though.

Pics would be helpful.

For the most part Miocene and Pliocene, sometimes more recent ice age material.

Looks like a mix of Cretaceous and Plio/Pleistocene. The echinoids are Hardouinia, next are a couple of Exogyra, then Flemingostrea. The ribbed shells are Lirophora.
