x1324
Hi all, Very new to fossils, but stumbled upon this. It was found on the shore in Long Beach, CA. Wondering if yall could help. Thanks!
digit
Doesn't look particularly like a fossil to me but it is difficult from just photos. It resembles a very worn piece of a mollusk shell--particularly the striations in the second photo. Is the beach where you picked this up known for having fossils? Cheers. -Ken P.S.: Welcome to TFF!
Innocentx
The coloration is quite beautiful. I would also be guessing, but it looks like ribs of a shell. Welcome to the forum. "Journey through a universe ablaze with changes" Phil Ochs
