I found this while out on a hike near my home in western Wyoming. This spot has fossils all over the place! Lots of rugose coral so maybe this is from the same epoch. This one was unique so I took some pics. I left it there and didn't have a ruler so I used a 12oz can for scale. It's very interesting and there is something segmented protruding out as well as some small circular objects as well.  Thanks.

It looks like a crinoid, possibly Platycrinites due to the twisted columnals leading to the crown. It looks like part of the arms are exposed but not the main part of the crown.

Amazing find. I only get short sections of stems and disarticulated ossicles. I think I would faint if I found that.

Thanks everyone for the help in identifying this. I'm going to try and get back to area I saw this before the snow takes over. Maybe some more interesting finds are there waiting to be discovered.
