fossilnut Posted August 30, 2018 Share Posted August 30, 2018 Before you crack it, is it attached to a shell fragment? Can't tell from the picture for sure but looks like a possible piece of shell. If so, it is likely a non-nacreous blister pearl. I have read about fossil pearls from Texas. See my post entitled "Blister pearl". BTW what is its size?
