Juvenile Psittacosaurus

I agree with our friend Ynot. It's real, yes, but it was a bone-montage of several specimens. In addition, the matrix is completely different from the granulation and staining it should have. But anyway, it's an incredible piece of art worthy of any museum! :D :dinothumb:

Is It real, or it's not real, that's the question!

Real bones. But there is definitely some "restoration" work done here. The skull is lacking details it should have, so I'm guessing it's mostly constructed. About half the femur in the closeup it also looks like it's been filled in. So I agree, this is likely a frankenstein specimen.

This juvenile psittacosaurus is from Liaoning.  Is it genuine?

How about this one?  It looks very real to me.

Many thanks for your advice!
