Sarcosuchus imperator tooth

Hi all,

 

Please could someone let me know what you think of this tooth? Location - Gadoufaoua, Niger

Preservation definitely looks like a tooth from Gadoufaoua, Erlhaz fm. Thickness, absence of folds and lingual curvature look more like a pholidosaurid crocodile rather than dinosaur (like Suchomimus), and Sarcosuchus is the only known large pholidosaurid in that fauna. There could be more species - but we don't know that for sure yet.

 

I think cf. Sarcosuchus or Pholidosauridae indet. is the most accurate ID
