Need help to ID this rock with multiple fossils

I found this in a creek bed near Patagonia, AZ. It has  the long cylindrical hole, and also has a leaf imprint on the other side. There may be more in there, not sure. But I'm wondering especially about the cylinder. Is it something like a root? Or a clam burrow? Or something else? Thanks!

Looks like some plant material that dissolved away leaving this hole. Same for the other empty cylinders. Does the material feel hard or brittle?

It looks like it's been rolled down the creek a bit and it still maintains a hardness. This could be travertine from the quaternary. Could you tell us where the creek is that you found this in? Be as specific as you can.
