Dino Vert Kem Kem?

Listed as dinosaur vert from Kem Kem Beds...is it dinosaur or reptile? 

 

If it is dinosaur, can it be narrowed down to theropod, etc.? Thanks

Looks like a composite to me and that they used some matrix to cover up where the two bones were attached to each other.
