Hi guys, I was wondering if any of you could help me ID this fossil. I have done some research into it and know it is from some sort of primate, The seller doesn't know much about it except that he found it at a curio shop on the Texas Oklahoma border in the early 1960's. Any help would be much appreciated. I have listed some pictures below to help with the process.

Thanks, Ryan

Certainly not Gigantopithecus.

More likely chimpanzee or bonobo.

Is it bone, fossil, or resin cast?
