The smallest confirmed dino eggs with embryo I know of are Dendroolithidae from the late Cretaceous of Henan China and contain embryos of a Therizinosaurid. These eggs were studied by Terry Manning in his famous “Egg Embryo Project” where he dipped the eggs in acid to reveal the embryos inside. I’ve met Terry a few times and have examined a few of these eggs. They’re about 3 inches in diameter and full of tiny bones. There probably are measurements of the bones found in these eggs if you search for it.  I’d think that would be a descent start to see the size of some of the smallest known baby dino feet to then see if they line up with the possible track you found.
