I’m hoping someone will tell me which type of fossils are on this rock. It was found in a creek in middle Tennessee, which is in the Mississippian with St. Louis Limestone & Warsaw Limestone. Thanks.

you come up with some of the neatest stuff :)

I'm no help (gasp), but it looks like there might be some tracks or tail drags in there? :shrug:

Lol, maybe so? I’ve been wondering about this one for a while, but never could get a half decent picture of it. Now that it’s been setting out in the pouring rain all morning, I finally get pictures that show the fossils. Go figure? :headscratch:And thank you for trying to help. I hadn’t even considered the possibility of there being tail drags. :)

Trace fossils, but I think something more like planolites. Notice the branching pattern in the upper left of the top photo.
