I can't tell if is fossil or geological.  Can you take any close-up pics?

I agree with Kim. There might be ichnofossils, something similar to Thalassinoides .

I'll remain in the Thalassinoides possibility. Below is an example of Thalassinoides horizontalis which may have similar features.

I have zero experience with trace/ ichno fossils so to me it looks like geological in nature. But that is what makes this forum great. There is a multitude of individuals here who possess different levels of knowledge, insight and perspectives on many different topics.:):dinothumb:
