About the only thing I can find locally are calcite, aragonite, gypsum and occasionally quartz. I think I may have seen some microscopic malachite or something medium green in Ozan clay. Oh there is pyrite too, but certainly nothing like those minerals.

Ptychodus04
Mine arrived safely and in the fervor of opening and drooling, I neglected to take a photo of the lot. My Santa was VERY generous. My personal favorite from the parcel was this beautiful croc tooth. A very close tie for 2nd favorite was a ziplock bag with a good handful of shark teeth and 2 crab carapaces from the Ukraine. Also, he/she did a splendid job of remaining secret. Well done, I have no idea who my benefactor is. 9 Regards, Kris Global Paleo Services, LLC https://globalpaleoservices.com http://instagram.com/globalpaleoservices http://instagram.com/kris.howe

I will try to protect mine for as long as possible but fear it will end up going the same way. I did have a whole series of Maple leaves from the same formation, from @VTinNorthAB , but they mysteriously vanished one by one. 3 Life's Good! Tortoise Friend. fossilnut
Thanks to my Secret Santa for a box full of goodies and even a Christmas card. Some fluorite that lived up to its name. I especially like the piece that had internal orange streaks. The miniature ammonite, sea urchin and desert rose; Eocene fossil gastropods and last but not least a crab mud ball from Texas. Had a Merry Christmas
