I recieved a lot of fossils from my great grandmother

Recommended Posts

I inherited a lot of fossils from my grandmother. She collected these fossils in her youth when she dated a Navajo in the 60s. The pic is said to be a t rex root. I have alot of others. I can't find a authenticator.  Can anyone help or know of one in the bay area, California.  I'll post pics of the other fossils if anyone is interested.  I'm still learning this forum. Bare with me please. Thank you for reading.

Welcome to the Forum.  :)

This looks more like a geologic item, rather than fossil.

Maybe some of the dinosaur guys will weigh in.

Have the UC Berkeley Museum of Paleontology look at the fossils if we cannot help. (We will help).

My goal is to leave no stone or fossil unturned.

See my Arizona Paleontology Guide    link  The best single resource for Arizona paleontology anywhere.

Sorry, but this looks of geologic origin to me. I don't see a root of a tooth.
