I concur on Harpoceras, but I would keep it at " Harpoceras sp. "

 

 

growing old is mandatory but growing up is optional.

I pretty sure I am right I have seen  lots and lots of these with the same type preparation and the same looking rock. More than just a guess , local knowledge.
