Dadak
Hey guys, Found a rock on the beach and it has a bulge, it feels like something is there inside, could it be a fossil?
Rockwood
It looks a bit like concretion, and concretion sometimes does form around fossils. It's like identifying a song from one note though. I don't suppose you noticed anything that looked enough like it to give us more of a tune ?
ynot
Would like to see more pictures showing all sides. First thought is a non fossil rock. Darwin said: " Man sprang from monkeys." Will Rogers said: " Some of them didn't spring far enough." My Fossil collection - My Mineral collection My favorite thread on TFF.
Innocentx
May be interior mold of bivalve shell, though too worn to ID. "Journey through a universe ablaze with changes" Phil Ochs
fifbrindacier
I'll go with @Innocentx on this one. "On ne voit bien que par le coeur, l'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux." (Antoine de Saint-Exupéry) "We only well see with the heart, the essential is invisible for the eyes." In memory of Doren
