Lisowicia is only the second stahleckeriid named this year, after the description of Pentasaurus from South Africa. Although stahleckeriid material had been reported in a 2008 publication in Acta Palaeontologica Polonica, Lisowicia is the third valid stahleckeriid from Laurasia.

Dicynodonts are very rare finds in triassic beds of europe.  

It was long time expected that there are present, but no evidence since these new finds.

Therefore important finds for science to reconstruct paleoecology in this era....
